Cuts cylinder head spring seats to 1.320″ diameter / Cuts to .630″ inner diameter. For installing larger springs and hardened spring seats on GM Vortec heads. Requires the use of an arbor/pilot, which are available for 5/16″, 11/32″ and 3/8″ valve stem sizes.
